What shipping carries do you use?

Most orders are shipped through USPS. In some cases, very large orders will be shipped through UPS.

 

Where do you ship from?

All order will be processed and shipped from Idaho.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, if your order totals $150 or more, shipping is free.

 

How long does it take for my order to process and ship?

All in stock items ship within 2 business days. If you place an order on a weekend or on a holiday, your order will ship within the next two working business day.  The time it takes for your order to arrive once shipped depends on which shipping method you chose at checkout.

 

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number via email.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping will be charged at checkout. Our international orders ship through USPS. Please be aware that USPS first class international shipping may not track your package once it leaves the US. If you want tracking all the way to the destination, please choose Priority international or Priority Express international at checkout.

 

What else should I know about shipping?

When you checkout on our website, you will be updated with your shipping options and costs.

 

We ship to the shipping address you enter at checkout, please make sure this address is 100% correct before you place your order. We are not responsible for shipments that are sent to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

 

Returns

 

We always are hopeful that you love everything you order from us, but just in case you don’t, we will do our best to help you return then for a refund or exchange.

 

What is your return policy?

We only except refunds and exchanges from items purchased directly from our website at wobblebeybee.com. We do not refund or exchange items that were bought at a separate retail location. If you bought one of our products from a retailer, please return your items to that said retailer for a refund or exchange.

 

Items bought from wobblebeybee.com must be returned within 14 days from time of delivery in order to receive a refund or exchange. We will not accept returns after the 14 days has passed (unless there is a manufacturers defect).

 

Items must be in their original conditions with original packaging in order to receive a refund. We will not accept items that have been washed or used.

How do I return an item for a refund?

Please include the following information with your return. The item in its original packaging, your packing slip with the word REFUND written on it, your name, your order number, your address and your phone number.

 

Please note that the return shipping is at your expense. We highly recommend that you choose a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

All refunds will be issued within 2 days of receiving and confirming the original item. You will be refunded on the original form of payment (credit, debit or PayPal). Shipping costs will not be refunded, they will be deducted from your total.

 

How do I return an item for an exchange?

To exchange an item bought on wobblebeybee.com within the 14-day exchange period, please ship your item to:

Can I return or exchange used items?

The only reason we will accept a used item is if it is damaged from a manufacturer defect.

 

We do not accept returns for items that have been snagged.

 

We do not accept returns for items that have been washed or used.

 

We do not accept returns for items that have not been returned within the 14 day return period.

 

We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged due to improper treatment (washing or everyday use).
